Misleading Incident.
We as consumers are often misled into taking actions which
in the end, benefit the seller but makes the buyer regret his purchase. As
someone who has studied the principles of marketing, I think those who are in
direct contact with the buyers should pay keen attention as to what they are
saying and how they present the items to the consumers. They must also be aware
that customers though with one agenda – to buy, will and always be different
from one another.
Why am I saying this? An incident happened last weekend which
led to buying something that is not really what the consumer wants. It is not
something as screaming fraud, in case you’re wondering. I will not
elaborate on the details. I just hope that they will re-think their tactic in
selling clothes and as far as I am concerned, no misleading promotions.
'til next post.
Ciao,
Maddie
