A Brief Interruption.

The world is going crazy and happy over the most anticipated wedding by all - the William & Kate wedding. Actually, I am not that into the wedding, though I am very, very and very happy for them and the Royal family for this wonderful event. Hence, this post would be a brief interruption for what is trending now in the world of cyberspace. In short, pasingit lang LOL.

Every job seeker would by now know about the site Jobsdb.com and would probably have created their own accounts in the hopes of snagging that wonderful dream job they aspire. It is a great way of approaching different companies in one fast and convenient way. Well, I, myself created an account to help me find that job that suit my skills and personality. After all, where is the passion in your work when you cannot find your personality in what you do? So far, I have not encountered any problems with my account. However, to my horror I just found out that I have to accounts in this site. Talk about creating accounts when you're already half-asleep!

This is an urgent matter for me and a dilemma that needs solution. I immediately dialed the site's hotline number (there is no CANCEL account on the site) and thankfully someone is at the phone (I guess they are pretty dedicated for their OT duties). The one who answered the phone told me that I should not worry too much, which really baffled me. Why would not I worry about my professional career? Then she said that she does not know how to cancel an account. Good thing she told me to send an e-mail so my problem would be addressed by the company. I got distracted on the last part of our conversation where she said the details I need to include in the e-mail. But I decided to just include the e-mail address I used in creating my former account. I hope that my request would be addressed by the company, so I would not be worrying too much about my applications with the different companies.

By the way, here is the e-mail address given to me: ria.d@jobsdb.com.ph and you have to cc phhelpdesk@jobsdb.com.ph also.

I hope this helps!

‘til next post.

Ciao,

Maddie :)
